Cancellation Policy
**Aesthetic Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy**
A deposit is required to reserve your aesthetic appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
**Your full deposit will be forfeited if either of the following occurs:**
- You cancel after supplies or products have been ordered specifically in preparation for your appointment, regardless of how far in advance you cancel.
- You cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or fail to attend.
Once appointment-specific supplies or products have been ordered, your deposit becomes nonrefundable. We will notify you before placing these orders.
Forfeited deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to a future appointment. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance and no appointment-specific supplies or products have been ordered, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
By booking your appointment and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
